Directions:

  • From the M4, at Junction 19 take the exit onto M32 towards Bristol, at Junction 1, take the A4174 exit to ring road. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the A4174. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Bromley Heath Road/ A4017. Continue onto Overndale Road. At the roundabout take the second exit, and immediately at the roundabout take the first exit onto Overndale Road. Turn right onto Downend Road/A432. Turn left onto Staple Hill Road/B4465. Turn right onto Forest Road/B4465. Waterfall & O'Brien will be on the right.

  • Avoiding weak bridge and risk of grounding.From the M4, at Junction 19 take the exit onto M32 towards Bristol, at Junction 1, take the A4174 exit to ring road. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the A4174. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Bromley Heath Road/ A4017. Continue onto Overndale Road. At the roundabout take the second exit, and immediately at the roundabout take the first exit onto Overndale Road. Turn right onto Downend Road/A432. Turn left onto Staple Hill Road/B4465. Ignore the right turn onto Forest Road/B4465 and turn right at Thicket Road, Turn right at Briar Way. At the end of the road turn left onto Forest Road. Waterfall & O'Brien will be on the right.



Opening Times:

Goods Deliveries and Collections:

We are open from 09:00hrs until 16:00hrs, Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays and over the Christmas period, for the receipt and collection of goods from our warehouse, outside of these times we are unable to receive or despatch material from our warehousing facility, without prior arrangement. On Bank holidays and over the Christmas period the warehouse will be closed.

Sample Collection and Deliveries:

The laboratory is open from 08:30 until 17:00hrs, Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays and over the Christmas period, for the receipt of samples; sample collection from another location is undertaken between 09:00 and 16:00hrs. On Bank holidays and over the Christmas period the laboratory will be closed. Samples received after 16:30 will be booked in to the LIMS on the following day.

Sampling:

Sampling (i.e. the taking of samples from a remote site) is undertaken by prior arrangement and is usually performed between 10:00 and 15:00hrs depending on the distance and the complexity of the sampling process. If you want to arrange sampling
